We engaged Louis and his team on a new build for our family in Westmere. The whole process was initially quite
daunting.

We had never done anything like this before and so there were several attributes that were very important to us when selecting a company to build our home.

Our Architectural Firm worked with Loui Taylor on a new high-end Pool House located in Mt Albert in 2022.

This was a challenging build due to restricted site access, geotechnical considerations, proximity to neighbouring properties and the demand for a high end result that matched the existing established family residence..

The project involved a new driveway leading to a stand-alone double garage with enclosed storage, laundry and separate toilet.  This is attached to our existing Villa via a covered walkway. We were impressed with Louis from the start, his attention to detail was impressive throughout the project and we are very happy with the outcome.

He was accompanied by a team of competent and professional staff and who were outstanding in every aspect of their work that they completed for myself and my family. 

Louis’ attention to detail is what makes him stand out from other people that I’ve worked with in the past.
